Cant withdraw steemit

I am new to this but it looks like you currently don't have anything to withdraw.

i have another account @nioctib and i cant withdraw from there or i cant do anything on this account because of no vesting balance

You need to power up about ten times the starting stake before you can power down and withdraw. If you want to earn Steem, stop trolling and instead produce original content that other people will want to upvote. This social network doesn't tend to reward antisocial behavior.
