I always thought happyness came from money and buying stuff...
Untill I grew my first plant which was an avocado tree, will post a pic later, then one day I just tried an onion!
I believe it is one of the easiest things to grow.
this picture below is just the first step to growing your own onion, when you make any food that contains union, cut off the the tip of the onion and put it aside

Then your next step would be putting tooth picks into it so that you can let the little roots touch the water in a small container

After just one week there would be alot of results, the roots would have grown about 5cm long and there would start to come green stems out ontop.
