Caged Almond Crema

A little work in progress. It's a tweaked frangipane recipe that I've filled with a classic Spanish custard. Still not 100% sure about the extras, right now it's a frozen caramel cage (freezing makes them shatter easily%29 over a salted caramel ice cream.)A little work in progress.
