A Murder Mystery
A 28-year-old woman, Maria, was murdered in Rabada. Her 30-year-old husband, George, a pilot with Rabada’s domestic airline, informed police by phone that his wife was murdered by unidentified robbers in the bedroom of their house.
The other police officer nodded his head and said, "That’s what you will think, won’t you?"
"Yes, sir!"

The story of someone who uses love for another person as an excuse to murder.... I hope this behaviour is not copied because if it is, a lot of people will die, @sunnyag

True, this is not acceptable but we hear cases like these in our society so this should work as a reminder, thanks.
A very intriguing story, if not a bit mess up. But then again, all crime of passion were messed so I guess it's not that strange that George had his wife murdered so that he could be with another woman.
I am new to this genre so expect mess up from me as far fiction writing is concerned. So nice of you for reading and your feedback kindly :)

I liked how you shared just enough information throughout the story to keep us interested and reading, but not enough to give anything away. That is the challenge of the murder mystery writer.
I will admit, I was quite wary of what might be revealed in the story, so I was only reading with one eye open! (For some reason, that's what I do when I fear what is coming.) I was pretty sure you would avoid anything graphic or bloody. I appreciate that. As you know, we don't allow stories in The Ink Well that portray brutality and violence, especially of women, children and pets. So this story walks the line, but I think you did fine. Thanks for avoiding anything graphic!
I have a feeling @yuki-nee means the story is messed up because of the underlying plot, and it's crazy that a man would hire killers to murder his wife. In other words, I don't think she was criticizing your writing. :-).

Thank you, yes I read the rules every week and be careful. I assure you that I am new to all mysteries and murder was my definitely latest attempt :) Thank you! (I used to read detective and thrillers during my college days though)
