SAVE EYES😲😲....... SAVE YOUR LIFE......
Caution!! Caution!! Caution!!!!!!
This blue light can spoil your life. Almost every person watches this light everyday.
Emerging lights from digital devices can cause blindness. This fact has been revealed in a recent research.
Research team at University of Toledo (A Public Research University in US) has stated that watching continuously to this blue light can develop harmful bacteria in the sensitive cells of the eyes.
There is not a secret that this light can harm our viewing ability but it also affects the eye's retina.
Researchers hopes that this research would help in producing medicines to stop the bad effects of this blue light and also a new type of eye-drop can also be made.
Additionally, you must make a less use of digital devices.
Though each work today is totally done on these devices, so precautions are better to take.
For instance:
- Take a break of atleast 10 minutes, in every 45-60 minutes; if you are working on a system continuously.
- Wash eyes with cold water.
- Move your eyes upward, downward, left and right sides as well, in order to rest the eyes.
These are the top most & effective steps that would surely help you in relieving your eyes from pain and from bad effects too of the harmful blue light as discussed above.
