(not answer. Because the book is made of letters and ink, how can it be constantly? But what are the words and relationships that are constant?

(Answer) Knowledge is not without knowledge. There is no power without any omnipotent person to create knowledgeable songs of Gayatriyad, Chand Shadjadi and Utsudanudatatta vowels, that can create this kind of omniscient doctrine.

Yes! After reading the Vedas, grammar, Nirukta and Chhand etc. have been written for the light of the teachings of the holy Rishi Munis.
