Pace / Speed Conversion Made Easy

It can be confusing when talking about running speed. If you're on a treadmill, it will show kph or mph. So how do you know what that translates to in min/km or min/m?
I've bookmarked a website that has a searchable table. So if I plan to do a 10km run at 05:10 min/km pace, I'll search for 05:10 in the table. The result will give me the information I need, in this case, I'll set my treadmill to 11.6 KPH.

As a bonus, I'll also see the total time if I'm running at this pace for half-marathon, full marathon, 10k, 5k etc 👍
