TRIFOLIATE: A GIFT FROM NATURE
I wasn't feeling very well today , i was having a slight headache
What will I do the headache was aching more and more ,I was just wandering at the back of our house when I suddenly noticed a usually leave .in Igbo we call it AGBARA leave

I remembered once upon a time when my aunt use this leave as a blood tonic ,and it was very powerful and effective, so I decided to use the leave
I plucked the leave on a reasonable quantity,I squize out the water , the red colour water , added holandian evap to it and drank it




After drinking it I was moved to research about it the leave .
So I did some research in found out that it is call trifoliate leave .
I also did some research on its health benefits and I found out that Health Benefits of Trifoliate Leave.

This is wonderful... Every thing we need in life has been embedded into nature around us, we only have to find a way to know them and how to use them as well.
But I don't know this leave in Igbo... maybe I will ask some other people about it.
Somebody shout mature, all those leaf and roots God has given us to cure and repair, but most people today have underestimated this power of nature. Weldone, hope the headache has reduced
