Mars Lander Crash

• The ESA concluded that the device that measured the rotation of the lander recorded a maximum reading thereby causing miscalculations to other variables.

• The breaking thrusters and parachutes were deployed before hand , causing the accident.

• The rover was worth 251 million dollars and had spent several months travelling on the Trace Gas Orbiter.
