Note to Self... & You

Don’t be talking bad about yourself. You are what you are and you are beautiful to God. You are a part of God – a spark of a Force too immense to comprehend. So don’t be apologizing for yourself. Love the Divinity within you by telling the truth – and by serving. We all serve – that’s what we’re here for. Serve the highest you and govern yourself with kindness. Don’t be jumping down your throat so much anymore. Who you are is more than fine. If you need to let go of old patterns that’s cool – change what you need to change about yourself. When you’re ready it won’t even be hard. But let go of the beatup. Maybe that’s the pattern you can change now.
