Reflecting on 2017 ...... Words Matter

Reflecting on 2017, this is the year when I have found the courage to look inside me. This image of my speaker stage debut in front of nearly 500 people in March is a powerful reminder of finally, aged 53, starting to speak up about my challenges with body confidence and self esteem, to find my voice, to believe in me and to begin to tell my story to support others.
