うつからの復活　7

今回は、二回目の休職のためか、比較的早く気持ち的には安定し、少しずつですが、前向きな気持ちを取り戻すことができています。主治医からも、来月から復職できそうだと言われています。

ただ、焦ってもいけないので、体調と相談しながら、一歩づつ進めていこうと思っています。

(8/7から、復職が決まりました‼)

Because of the second leave of absence, it stabilizes pleasantly relatively quickly, gradually, but I am able to regain positive feelings. My doctor is also said to be able to return from next month.

However, since I can not rush, I think that I will step forward one by one while consulting with my physical condition.
(From 8/7, the reinstatement was decided!
