NEED TIPS TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL STEEMITTER !!!
Hello steemians...
I am using steemit now for more than a month , so i am still a beginner.
I need some guide regard how to promote strategies and also using some useful bots. Also need a guide about transaction and what actually steem power is and what to do with it ,what is steem dollars , what is the use of the keys in the permission box, also dont know how to convert steem into real currency.
I know they are some silly questions :P but really need help

A good place to go is @newbieresteemday. Look for a post by #lynncoyle1 Just recently did a post covering pretty much what your asking. Another good place to go @minnowsupport. Both were created to help newbies with any questions they may have. Look through the post though, there is a ton of content. Another author that has great advice is @fun2learn. I hope this helps.
