Fear grips my thoughts.
It's a shadowy specter, it speaks to me in the shadows.
I fear losing that which never fades,
the moments engraved in the fragility of the soul.

Fear traps me in an iron embrace,
invisible chains that limit my steps.
I am like a caged bird, dreaming the sky,
with heavy wings that know not the wind.

But what is life without inevitable loss?
The cocoon must open for the butterfly to fly, right?
Losing is part of the journey, the seed of change they would tell me.

In the fall is found the strength to be reborn,
as does the withered flower that nourishes the earth for new flowers when it dies.
Every goodbye brings with it a welcome in disguise, haven't you noticed?
For so it is, in every loss you find a finding, in every end, a beginning.

In the end, loss is just another chapter,
but a blip in the infinite line of existence.
To accept change, to embrace emptiness,
is to move forward with more strength on the path of life.

El miedo se apodera de mis pensamientos.
Es un espectro sombrío, me habla en las sombras.
Temo perder aquello que nunca se desvanece,
los momentos grabados en la fragilidad del alma.

El temor me atrapa en un abrazo de hierro,
cadenas invisibles que limitan mis pasos.
Soy como un pájaro enjaulado, soñando el cielo,
con alas pesadas que no conocen el viento.

Pero, ¿qué es la vida sin la pérdida inevitable?
El capullo debe abrirse para que la mariposa vuele, ¿no?

Porque es así, en cada pérdida encuentras un hallazgo, en cada fin, un comienzo.

Al final, la pérdida es solo un capítulo más,
no es más que un punto en la línea infinita de la existencia.
Aceptar el cambio, abrazar el vacío,
es avanzar con más fuerza en el camino de la vida.
