One change

If I could just change one thing, it would be this: All government agencies and actions currently funded by taxation would be cut off. Today. Each would have to survive on voluntary subscriptions and donations.

If I could change a second thing, it would be that these agencies would be subject to competition from private entities who could do the job without initiating violence, and with less waste, more efficiency, and genuine customer service.
