Simple DNS Server based on Steem blockchain

I've modified the Simple DNS server sources to use the STEEM blockchain as a ​data source.

It's based on the Namecoin Data Processing Library and compatible with the Namecoin Name Specification. The library supports imports, delegates, aliasing and other features of the Namecoin Data, cross-references between Data Providers. The library discovers data inconsistency, including circular references.

Currently, it uses user's JSON Metadata as a data storage for a user. The following Example (user @plexrayinc) shows sample zone records.
