My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2022
My day was lovely.
I woke up around 4am , though with a neck pain. Then I prayed and I brushed my teeth.
I left for work out. I started with jogging than , I ran round the field. For about 4hrs.
Then I rushed back home , showered and prepared something to eat. Today I was kind of suck so I didn't go to work. I rested , some of my friends came out and dragged me out.
I spent time with friends, we enjoyed ourselves and I came back to the house.
Today was fun though I was that active.
