My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2022

Today was kind of boring.
I woke up sick 🤢 so I couldn't work out today. I went to brush my teeth, I did my house chores, prepared breakfast. I thought the sickness we reduce do I could go to work.

But no, so I called in sick , I stayed indoors,could barely do anything at home. I was just lying on the bed. I did not want to disturb anyone Soni decided not to call friends or family.

I was just like this through out the day, till this evening I was able to shower and I got myself a little.
Bye , I am retiring to bed now , I hope tomorrow will be better.
