Weekend Wrapup

I hope everyone had a restful and productive weekend. I didn’t get nearly all I had planned accomplished, but it was time well spent with family and enjoying some good food. I just pulled these beautiful chops off the pellet grill and everyone is getting settled in for the night. I can smell the chops all through the house as they’re having a rest on the stove. Tomorrow begins a new week of work and hopefully some forecasted and much needed rain. Have a good one everybody.
