Feeling a little less alone 😰
Alone...
This is how I felt last week as I went down the rabbit whole learning about bitcoin and blockchain technology last week. At first, I was nervous, then I became scared. Scared that the future would be so different and I wouldn't be able to navigate through it.
I have a small social circle. Having conversations about bitcoin and blockchain technology feels heavy and nearly impossible to me.
But then I found Steemit, a diverse community of people who 'get it'. I'm sure it takes time to build a following. And with the rise of SBD it feels like a relatively easy feat to forge a new path forward expressing myself by creating the content that I want to make.
I'd love to get to know some fellow steemians and hear some stories of people becoming truly free through the power of Steem.

Boy, do I know exactly how you feel. Like you, I am learning. Best way was just to jump in and buy a little.. not too much at first. I chose to go the coinbase route and spent like $100 spread out between BC, ETH, and LT. Just to see what happens .. but know I wouldn't lose my house if I lost it. It's been interesting so far. I'm not sure I fully understand the blockchain... I know it includes more than crypto, like AI too. I have so much to learn and steemit has been great!
I'll probably buy some with my next paycheck. Or convert SBD if I'm lucky. You do that yet?
Not yet.. I've only been on steemit for a week. Hope to be that lucky too!
