I never really calculated about how much time I wasted smoking like you did, and I wish I had, in a way. I, too, smoked quite a bit, like you, almost a pack a day, sometimes more. I find myself in better health now and the cravings get less as time goes by! Good luck, my friend!

Yeah, if you stop and calculate all the wasted time it’s really incredible and it becomes a big incentive to stop smoking (besides health and money).
