Confined emotions

Just like Ved and Tara from Tamasha (A Bollywood movie), not sure how many of you have watched the film , or constantly kept hearing "agar tum saath ho" on your break up playlist or go to playlist . May you have heard that song , when you felt like venting everything , out and just wanted to escape and live far away from the all that's been bothering.

Somewhere we have walked out of love,  somewhere we have fought for love or somewhere we have rejected that love. Not sure about that 3 Am tears , waiting for that one phone call , which will never happened again, or the texts or long talks which left you behind on seen or unseen , It's strange isn't it, how all of a sudden everything happens, even after investing so much into the same , well there are successful stories,  which has scars behind at the same time.

We see Ved , who just pushes away that human touch and affection when Tara tries hold him back apologizing constantly.  Ved doesn't care , the same way our mind and heart function, when we are in the state of denial. Our heart tries to hold back just like Tara , where mind like Ved .  We fight , till the end  at that moment its hard to breakdown , we just confine ourselves to that decision at that moment and runaway from that emotion, but when we really dive deeper and try understanding and question the reason , the heart slowly accepts . The acceptance takes time . Well its a process.

That's the reason why healing takes time , because when we fall in love we subconsciously surrender ourselves to another being. No matter how much ever we try, the sequence keeps repeating . But once we accept the fact that emotion of love which existed has departured. That's where we learn to let go and start focusing on healing .  Letting go is not easy, there's fear and different other chaos along , but when we start observing and questioning the "why" we find the answers.
