I remember hanging out with one for my friends going to friends and when we left 7-11. He was talking about on how you know when you keep sipping on a drink even though you're not that thirsty. I said yeah and saw myself doing that in my daily routine.
Like for when I go to the Pantry. even when I'm not hungry. I still eat.
Also how much time do you send in your Pantry?
