1973 documentary covering the experiences of an American political scientist Dr Paul M Sacks dealing with the 'Donegal Mafia'-the party machine under the thumb of politician Neil Blaney. Presently in 2016 - 2017 The Fine Gael - Fianna Fail party have been altering the Irish state records. I have put this here in order to preserve original history.
