If I want it all
to end like that moment in
the movie of my
life, where I'm running along
an infinite corridor.

This poem is like hanging. without end. It is also like a bunch of feelings that you are trying to highlight. I hope you have some explanation for your poem.
Hi Mell79 and thanks for your comment. Yes it's a bit like hanging or ticking like a clock? It's two tanka verses. I used that structure to help with the brevity of the theme which I think is ending/beginning. It's a new years poem. I've had 47 new years and to me it's like running toward something that has no end - like time. Yet so many of us want something to change whether that's in our lives or in the wider world. Can time really change who we are?

an infinite corridor". What a strong image, what a moment. It seem a nightmare or a kind of virtual play, a multiverse. I like your poem, anyway. Have poweful images.

in the moment I thought it was about time and it's seven days since I wrote it. Yes the nightmare image is defiantly in there. The multiverse is a whole new set of nightmares, though...
