Please Explain This Bandwidth Error
I am getting a bandwidth error when trying to upvote a cool posting. The error tells me to buy more STEEM, but I am 98% charged and I have like 22SP, so why would I get this error?

Looks like you got your bandwidth back. Don't know what's going on with that message. Someone pressed the wrong button somewhere! @ironshield

I've been getting the same error intermittently today. I normally have 77mb of bandwidth, and it kept falling to 5kb and blocking me from doing anything. ~ I think it's just a bug in the system at the moment...
