Hi guys, my name is Luca and I'm a new Steemiam.
I am really proud to be part of this community, so I asked myself what I could do for the community and well I have something for you.
I'm an Italian cook and a student too. I am studying the CULINARY ART in the best cooking school of all world that is ALMA.
Alma was born like an idea about creating a place to spread the love for cooking at the highest levels.
The place chosen for the creation of the school was the palace of Colorno, a real architectural beauty that rises in the middle of the Italian food valley.

The real genius behind the school has been Gualtiero Marchesi, the father of modern italian cuisine that has been the first 3 stars Michelin in Italy.
Among his students there are a lot of known chefs like Carlo Cracco, Davide Oldani, Andrea Berton, Paola Budel, Ernst Knam, Pietro Leemann, Enrico Crippa ...
Now what i want to spread in my blog is the passion for food and travel talking about something unique like the life in this cooking school, the chefs, the recips adding many photos to stimulate your experience.
