Need / An Original Haiku

We all go through times where we struggle to take care of ourselves, when things seem bleak and its hard to keep your head up. It's times like these that a small helping hand can mean the world to us.
When a few simple caring words, or an embrace can give us a glimpse of something better.
A strand of hope to clutch to.

We all need help some times.

That simple, almost unheard thank you meant more to me than any compliment I had ever received, it ripped down the barriers I've put up and nearly made me break down right then and there. I'm still feeling it as I type this.
