Today, December 12th, is my daily walk while exercising
This is a street on the east side of the city where we live.
People who exercise on the streets and walk out are now in the evening
In any case, walking improves health and is physically active
Walking strengthens a person's body
There is a Burmese proverb that says health is a gift
So it is only natural that you should have a healthy marriage because you are healthy
