And I'm talking about a good Japanesee food, that is aside from other dishes she can do of. And this one is top of my favorites list. And yes, she prepared this, Katsudon. Katsudon (カツ丼) is a popular Japanese food, a bowl of rice topped with a deep-fried pork cutlet, egg, vegetables, and condiments.
