Trending sewing machine: reviews on this new sewing machine for beginners

Any ideas on how to use a sewing machine?
Is it a hard or easy skill to learn?
What should I be aware before starting a sewing business?
What other materials do I need beside a machine?

I don't know this model, but with the "quilting" in the name and looking at all the special stitches shown on the right side of the machine - no, that's not what I would call a good machine for the start. It has too much stuff you don't need which might make the handling more difficult/complicated. This is an "all purpose" sewing machine, yes - but as strange as it sounds, for beginners I'd advise to look for a machine that can do less ;)
