New to the Steemit! World
Hey Ya'll!!
I'm a newbie to Steemit. Have been hearing awesome things about this site, so I thought I would sign up. I know several people that are already a part of the Steemit world and they kept telling me about. Well, here I am. :)
I will be posting stuff that goes on in my head. Which is a lot..lol May it makes sense or not. But hey! it makes sense in my head.
I'm a housewife and I guess since I do the yard work, that makes me a yardwife as well eh? lol Hoping to meet new friends on Steemit, read some interesting stories, learn from them and share my stories.
And so the journey begins today 6/24/2017 (awe, :'( I just realized, this day was the day my mom was born, but she died when she was 43yo, July 3, 1982)

This is actually pretty cool. I had joined something very similar, in fact the same, a couple years ago, but stopped because it was not worth my time. Hopefully this will be.

Welcome! I'm also hoping to use this as a way to record all of the ideas/stuff that does through my brain. I'm kind of a hoarder-of-ideas, and paper notebooks get to be a lot of maintenance.
And, I'm also a "yardwife" like yourself, lol! Love it! :D

@jamiesewsplastic - Ah cool on being a yardwife. It's been so hot lately though, I've not been wanting to do any yardwork. But I need to get out there on Friday and mow. egh!!!! So, do you make your own paper notebooks? I love making Halloween books. I have not done one in a while, but I need to soon. Just went through all of our books and some I can use to refinish them into scary books.
I haven't dabbled very much with making books, but I LOVE to make BOOK SAFES .... you know, where you cut out a portion of the interior pages to make it hollow, so you can stash secret stuff in there? I got addicted to doing that, for a short spell, and now have some cool little hiding places. :)
