Here are the rules:

What is considered spam or abuse?

Many articles ask for upvote, resteem, and follow at the end and many with graphics for the same - what about them?

The rule does not say "leaving comments" - only:

• Asking for money, views, upvotes, follows, or resteems.

• Sending users a link to your blog or a post if it is not relevant to the conversation
