Wednesday Yellow

I took this photo in Simpson Park in Hemet, California. This beautiful yellow flower stood in stark contrast to the rest of the landscape which had already lost its winter green.

Nature has a way of reminding us that even if everything feels dead and dry, there is small and important beauty for us to focus on.
