You need a certificate to prove you were born
Worse still,
You need a certificate to show you're dead😁😁😁
In between death and birth certificates,
you need to prove you lived,
Hence, school leaving certificate, wedding certificate, divorce, etc. 😂😂😂

yes, philippines has bad taxation system and is not beneficiary to those who are below poverty line
