The Autumn Warrant - CDER and DVLA in Gang Stalking

"We have now obtained an update from the DVLA and as a result have instructed our automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) vehicle to attend your area with the view to seizing (levying on) and removing (impounding) your vehicle.
This DATA Fraud by CEO Tim Moss and his staff at the DVLA in collusion, is based on the authority of a "WARRANT OF CONTROL" which does not exist, no one has ever applied or paid a court fee for one.
If the vehicle is insured for business, it does not seem to matter either, as the law clearly does not apply to CEO Nicholas Sean Tubbs and his band of illegal bailiffs.
Operative "Autumn" claims there is a "DEBT" of £680.00 and after careful checking, states that it included VAT, notwithstanding that VAT has to be shown as a separate entry.
"Autumn" claims to have two warrants, with no warrant numbers, no named judiciary and no seal of the court. But has the bottle to insist rather assertively, that this is all above board, and this is how it works. The fact that the Traffic Enforcement Centre confirmed they did not issue any originating documents, fell on deaf ears.
