London, UK – A disturbing confrontation captured on video has highlighted what campaigners describe as a growing epidemic of illegal evictions carried out by individuals posing as court officials.

The incident involved unidentified men wearing HMCTS-branded attire attempting to remove a couple and their one-year-old baby from their home in Palmer’s Green, despite Haringey Council confirming in writing that no eviction proceedings had ever been issued.
The footage shows the homeowner Michael Phillipou supported by Anthony Badaloo, a Trading Standards Practioner of ScamBusterTV fame, Phillipou is 100% certain of his legal position, repeatedly challenging the men to produce a warrant or identification.

He can be heard stating: “You’re trespassing… where’s your warrant? What’s your name? You’re not legal, man – the council already said in writing.” The men refused to provide proper identification or documentation, affirming accusations that they were operating unlawfully.

The targeted resident is vulnerable pensioner and entrepreneur Michael Philippou. Campaigners claim he has been targeted by a group with alleged links to the notorious Adams Family criminal network.
Named individuals include Lukas Menicou, James Swead, and Andrew Andronikou, who are accused of using court contacts to manufacture fake documents. Menicou has a prior conviction for money laundering, while Andronikou was sanctioned in connection with the Portsmouth Football Club fraud case.

The documents in question are said to fail forensic scrutiny, consistent with Haringey Council’s confirmation that no legitimate proceedings exist.
“This is not an isolated case,” said a spokesperson for ScamBuster.TV. “Vulnerable people across the country are being held to ransom by illegal bailiffs bearing forged court papers. The public has a right to see proper identification and valid warrants – anything less is criminal.”

Other victims of Edminton County Court fraud and illegal bailiffs are said to include ulia Roberts, Anthony Badaloo, Deborah Sampson, Shahid Ullah, Edith Hayfron, Keeda Wood, Errol Denton, Joseph Green , Steve Bloom, Christine Gooch, Tyrone Creary, Noreen Bullock amongst others, and six thousand supporters have signed a petition.
And people have been captured on video purporting to be from Andrew Wilson & Co bailiffs – A dirmant company. Police have issued a crime number
Crime Commissioner Anthony Stanfield is understood to be monitoring developments.

Campaigners are urging the public to remain vigilant and to report any similar incidents.
