Regulation on ICO! Good for established cryptocurrencies!

Regulators are warning a lot about ICO's lately... for example:

However if you look at Ripple, Litecoin, Bitcoin or Ethereum... they all increased in price since these warnings.

So my hypothesis is:
More warnings/news --> more people will get to know cryptocurrencies --> more new people will put money into crypto currencies -> Most of the new people in crypto currencies wants safe bets --> they will choose for established cryptocurrencies like: Litecoin, Bitcoin, Ethereum or Ripple --> so good investment! :)

What's your idea about this hypothesis?
