Why is it every time crypto goes down , i do nothing

I noticed my self staring like its not my problem ,

While i should be selling and buying again at lower prices but nothing , again when price goes crazy up i play macho like I'm the boss jumping between currency while i should hodle and sell when the price is right .
It's true then trading needs following rules and and a heart of Steele then only then if you master these comes creativity and some personal touch .
