Freewrite: Thursday - Prompt: knot in the stomach

I have a knot in my stomach. I'm not sure why I have it. It's hard to say. The pain is in between my ribs. My stomach is very sore from the knot. The knot is hard. When I try to move it, my body hurts. I am not able to get rid of it and it's making me very uncomfortable.
