What is a "Transaction Broadcast Error"?

When I tried to post my last blog it I kept receiving an error. Something about not having proper post authority and also something about a "transaction broadcast error." I'm not sure if it's because the post is too long or because I tried to posting too soon after my first post. Does anyone know that this means?
