Simple Tortilla

Hello everyone!

I was out of track for quite some time in the community and this year is pretty crazy and hard for every body around the globe. So, today to make my life easier I prepared easy and simple meal to fill up my stomach.

This needs mere ingredients from the pantry and let’s call this one as “Simple Tortilla” for my breakfast.

First off, I have here some sliced veggies - iceberg lettuce, cucumber and white oinon.

And it wouldn’t be a tortilla without tortilla bread which I already toast with mayo dressing (sesame mayo and ketchup), sliced smoked Hungarian sausage, topped with grated mozzarella.

Added by some cucumber and onion.

Generous lettuce and hot sauce... And you’re done!

Well, hot sauce is optional. 😉
