Doing more, for more

Hustle hard they say
Keep at it they say
Things will get better they say
But I'm still here
Still wishing
Still praying
You see, working is hard
But you don't stop because it is hard.
I have been making and packaging these peanut snacks for a long time now, but I still have not had my big break. I am not lazy, in fact, I put in my best, but after all that, I just want to give up some days.
Today is one such day
why give up you ask
Because the work seems greater than the reward.
The stress feels more than the rest.
I want a vacation someday too.
I want so much for my little one.
And any time I think of my little one, I'm motivated to keep going
