What is IPAM?
IP Address Management is the tool used for the administration of DHCP and DNS.DHCP is responsible for the resolution of names to IP addresses.
Quiet simple, IPAM is used for planning, tracking, and managing the IP addresses used in a domain or network. DHCP and DNS goes hand in hand and utilizing IPAM that these services comes together.
