Jumping straight into 2022

Heya Hive folk.... I just wanted to share a part of my day with you all, I'm a runner but I've also smoked for more than half my life which means my body wants to go but my lungs aren't keeno 😂 be that as it may I'm determined to hit the pavement everyday! It's so cathartic... I absolutely find my meditation space in running so for those of you who, like me can't meditate in a quiet and still space - give it a go.
Having said that - todays run was very much needed to get some frustration out and a soundtrack was required . Off my favourite Rise Against album, this was song 1 today!
