I was surprised to see how quickly Biden has declined just over the span of a few months. His energy is even lower than before and he can hardly annunciate his words or even string together 2-3 sentences without blathering.

What is the Democrats plan with him? I was thinking maybe he would pick another Vice President to run with and then once in office step down and install a New President.

But at this point it looks like they will need to Primary him. Dean Philips is nobody and Polls even lower than Biden against Trump so not sure who will step up next.

I'm quite enjoying watching the Democrats scurrying around and panicking at this point.
