Mark Zuckerberg Again for Steemit
Just like whatsapp I was just thinking, What if Mark decide to Buy Steemit and since Steemit was built on blockchain will he consider it at all.
What reason will prevent him from making attempt .

Companies buy businesses for two reasons. To gain new technology, and to get as close to a monopoly as legally possible.
To the former, blockchain technology is around in multiple and it'd be cheaper to hire developers to build a new one, or buy a blockchain not already integrated into a social network.
To the latter, if he's going to do it, he should do it now. This is a volatile site that, if it really starts taking off, won't be worth selling.

Personally i was like, how will he make money off steemit. Since advert and user data will be a problem for him.
when i say user data, i mean having access to it
Keep in mind that large companies have a long history of drastically changing assets they buy over time. Facebook would be limited on profit models as-is, but that doesn't mean they can't change the model over a few years.
