Help!! I am got stuck here!!

My name is Tuly. I have joined steemit in March. But I still don't have much knowledge about it.
I am not very good at article writing.
How can I improve my writing skill?
I heard some people say the investment is good. As a newbie, you should invest to gain SP and reputation. Some say no, you shouldn't invest.
Should I invest in my posts??
How can I interact with whales so that I can get some ideas from them?
How does the reputation increase?
What is the minimum SP value required for vote value 0.01? And how can I increase my SP?
It would be really helpful for me if you guys let me know about above questions.
