Atlantis

Since the name "Atlantis" ("the land of Atlanta") is
taken not by chance, we have to reject it as redundant
two hypotheses linking it to "clues"
by association.
Canadian researcher Phyllis Forsyth8
gives such a clue in a natural disaster, bringing down
shimsya in 426 BC. e. to Atalanta -
small
island off the coast of Central Greece. That's what stories-
talks about this in the "History of the Peloponnesian War" Fuki-
did: “About this time, the sea at Orobia, which is on
Euboea, due to ongoing earthquakes from
stepped from the then shore; a terrible wave rose
a storm that took over part of the city. . . and where before
was land, now sea.
