People with -6 ranking
Why are there people with -6 "rank" who go on all my posts, upvote it, and comment... its always one time per post. What is the point, why doesnt the site just get rid of people who have less than, maybe, -4? If someone could tell me why, that would really help.

my guess is that they are bots, and someone is trying to manipulate the earnings for those accs (trying to add value when upvoting)

well, not exacly... they are trying to exploit posts so they can earn some SP if whales upvote it...
Yes they are mostly bots and people who have made posts that look like bots that have garnered them a similar reputation.
